Recognizing that clinical supervising is a specialty area of practice, regulatory boards and professional credentialing bodies are moving toward qualifying and certifying clinical supervisors. Develop and maintain competency in clinical supervising through consultation and workshops for clinical supervisors. 

Dr. Holman has more than 25 years of experience supervising mental health professionals and directing clinical training programs. In addition she has chaired a national committee on establishing standards and credentials for clinical supervisors.

Co-create new meaning of clinical experience and facilitate learning;
Give feedback and evaluate performance.
